Nestpitch does not ship any products to customers. Even though we try our best to connect buyers to sellers, the seller is obligated to transfer or ship the order, or otherwise complete the transaction with the buyer in a manner that is prompt. Exceptions may exist in the form of (a) the buyer is unable to meet the terms of the seller’s listing (b) the seller cannot authenticate the buyer’s identity.
